Ammoye is quickly becoming known as one of Canada’s best Reggae and fusion vocalists. This seven-time JUNO Award nominee is a unique multidimensional vocalist raised in the tradition of Reggae music, hailing from Clarendon, Jamaica and now residing in Toronto, Canada.
In 2024 Ammoye was awarded Female Vocalist of the Year at the Reggae North Music Awards.
With her star-powered stage presence, Ammoye radiates uplifting messages of love, unity, and social justice. Ammoye's songs speak to themes of compassion, forgiveness, empowerment, and the importance of standing up for what is right.
