Senza, the Italian word for...

Presented by Lyra Theater Group

This show is presented in Farsi.

The play, Senza, the Italian word for... is a work in the style of magical realism, set in a house known as the Bagh Shazdeh.

Three women, in different periods of time, recount their memories about a male composer who has inherited the house. We see them in a space where they are painting the house and hearing the man’s voice. This work seeks to break the boundaries of time and place, and to extract mystery and enigma from within narratives of reality.
