The membership card is valid for one year from the date of purchase for all family members living at the same address. One card will be issued per address.

• From the MIFO office at the Shenkman Arts Centre (245 Centrum Boulevard) Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
• From the MIFO reception desk (Place d’Orléans, 2^nd floor, 110 Place d’Orléans) Monday to Friday from 8 am to noon and 1 pm to 4 pm

General conditions

The Carte Privilège card is valid for all members of a family living at the same address for a one-year period starting from the date of membership. Only one card will be issued per address. The Carte Privilège card is not non-exchangeable and non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Members must always show their card to take advantage of discounts offered by membership. How to renew your privilege card

The Carte Privilège card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Members receive a renewal reminder shortly before their card is due to expire. When membership is renewed, the member retains the same Carte Privilège card.

How to use your Carte Privilège online

To take advantage of the $4 discount on your online purchases, you need to activate your profile. Just write to shenkmanboxoffice@ottawa.ca or call 613-580-2700 to obtain your account number and PIN.
