Matinée Café: Flute and Harp - Elegant Dialogue

The Ottawa Symphony Orchestra's world class principal harpist, Caroline Léonardelli, and exceptional flute musician, Pascale Margely join forces for this very special afternoon performance.  

Caroline is a concert harpist and recording artist. She is a renowned soloist, chamber musician, and teacher. Caroline’s solo recording El Dorado received a JUNO Award nomination in the category of Classical Album of the Year solo or small ensemble. Her second solo recording Impressions de France has been selected by Apple Music editors for their feature worldwide on the instrument featuring ten harpists. Caroline’s Serenata has received exceptional critical acclaim with her music being played on radio stations around the world.  

Alongside being a professor of flute at the Conservatoire de musique de Gatineau since 1997, Pascale is also a dedicated freelance musician, soloist, chamber musician and orchestral musician with ensembles and for events in the Ottawa area, such as the Music and Beyond Festival, Thirteen Strings, Chamberfest, the Ottawa Valley Music Festival, the Ottawa Choral Society, Pellegrini Opera, and Doors Open for Music at Southminster.
