Les Fabulateurs: La légende de Barbe d’Or
More than 40 moons ago, the world was ruled by a cruel half-human, half-shark character and his band of little bearded bandits: the pirates.
Among them, a soft-hearted pirate with a golden beard will rise up to defend the peace. Can a pirate be nice? When you fight with a rose in your belt, all hopes are allowed. Through its singular hero, La légende de Barbe d’Or challenges children about the social conventions surrounding the male figure and explores the themes of family, kindness and forgiveness.
Filled with absurdist humor and quirky songs, the story is an ode to difference and a reminder that it's never too late to reach out and find peace. Populated by wacky characters, La légende de Barbe d’Or, with its jazzy songs and quirky humor, will delight young and old alike.
