Celebrating Calligraphy showcases calligraphic artwork by members of the Calligraphy Society of Ottawa (CSO). Inspired by historical scripts and contemporary lettering, visitors will be amazed by the range of formats, media, and techniques calligraphers use to merge text and imagery.
The CSO is very active with members participating in “Swap Quotes”, “Word of the Month”, Envelope Exchanges, gatherings, presentations, courses, and workshops. Members range from professional lettering artists to enthusiastic hobbyists and observers.
