Using themes from the famous book: The Artist’s Way, A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity by Julia Cameron we will complete speed writing exercises and one or two expressive, intuitive abstract paintings per session to deconstruct their meanings. This will allow the unlocking of old patterns and limited beliefs to make room for the new we dream of. (Some materials included.)
