Touch of Class Formal Fashion Show

Top notch Fashion Designer Daphne Spencer has graced Ottawa with her flair for fashion for several decades. She has organized many fashion shows that have enabled youth to gain valuable experience, improve their self-esteem and develop a sense of pride in their respective cultural heritage. They have also learned to give back and make the world a better place. Indeed, the proceeds from all her shows were redirected to some of the most vulnerable children in her native country of Jamaica.

Her journey continues today targeting the young generation and challenging them to follow the trail that she blazed at the turn of the last century.

The evening seeks to raise funds for the Marigold Children's Centre, in Jamaica, whose mandate is to enhance the lives of orphans by providing the necessities of life and the education that will allow them to transcend their situation.

The show on October 6, Touch of Class Formal Fashion Show, will feature Daphne Spencer's usual fashions ranging from playful elegance to sublime sophistication. This allows her to reach a wide demographic, from the young to the seasoned professional woman. Her dresses of flannel, taffeta, silk and cotton will leave you "seduced by fashion".
