Shenkman Arts Centre has WiFi service available for all guests. Accessing the service is easy. You will need a wireless enabled device, such as a laptop or iPod.

How to connect

  1. Open an Internet web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer) and request a website (i.e. www.google.ca).

  2. You will be presented with a Shenkman Arts Centre “Welcome Page”.

  3. You will see a “Connect using your credit card” button and an area will appear for the you to enter your email address.

First time registrants:

  1. To register your credit card, just follow the link provided to access the registration page and enter the required information in the fields provided.

  2. You will be presented with a “You are now being connected” page and be able to access the Internet.

Returning registrants:

  1. If you have already registered your credit card and purchased time (which has not expired), just enter your information and click the connect button.

  2. Upon successful authentication, you will be directed to www.shenkmanarts.ca

Time Tracking:

A pop up page allows you to see your session time and to log out.

Forgot your password?:

No problem. Our service provider manages passwords and will resolve this for you. You will see directions on the pop up page.

Fees

Unlike that wonderful café where you bought your $7 tall foamy latte (yum!), Shenkman Arts Centre and the Resident Arts Partners don’t incorporate the WiFi service fees into our costs. We aim to keep our prices low, so we charge for this service on a per use basis.

Credit card fees:

  • $6 per hour if you’re here only for a little while,

  • $10 for one 24 hour period if you’re here for extended studio time, workshops, etc.
